After 12 hours, or once the packaging and shipping process has begun, we can no longer cancel the order.
🔁 Can I Make Changes to My Order?
Yes — but only within the 12-hour window after placing your order.
After that, no changes (including size, color, or shipping address) can be made.

To cancel your order:

Include your order number and reason for cancellation.
We’ll confirm the cancellation by email if your request is within the allowable window.
❗ Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Orders cannot be canceled if:

The item has already been shipped.

The item is a customized or final sale product.
